The Importance of a Good in Car Instructor

The best in car instructors work on one or two objectives each session and then work on that. A really good right seat instructor will understand the driver has a finite amount of attention to give them. People who do TT and club race, they don't have the ability to put somebody in the passenger seat. But an in car instructor can certainly be can bootstrap people much quicker than somebody outside the car.
