The Virtues of Being a Thematic

Some of us are just generally preternaturally gifted. We all envy those people and secretly hate them. If you're born with a certain reticence, you don't really get your spirits up easily. I have two pieces of advice for any deficiency like this. See the merit in it. Come to understand how you might use it to your advantage. It's not impossible that if you are a thematic, if you don't get riled up very easily, that you will have a high degree of self-control. And here's my reason for this: The thumos is the part of the soul that is connected directly to visceral experience.
