The VAT Threshold on Doctors' Pensions

The threshold at which taxpayers pay the additional high rate income tax of 45%, that has changed. That was cut from 150,000 pounds to 125,140 pounds from the 6th of April, 2023. And that means thousands more tax payers are going to be paying tax at the highest tax fund, 45%. So how does this affect health professional as well? I appreciate that for a lot of people, unless your income already sits between 125,000 and 140, and 150,000, perhaps not much will change. But there definitely is a snag that might affect people willing to pensions, in particular the dreaded annual allowance charge.
