Mentorship

Mentorship is a two-way street, you can learn from your mentors as well as the people who are mentoring you. I was in publishing at Southwestern for a long time and then joined a technology business intelligence space. And so, I had the huge honor working closely with Raymond Gordon, he's our chief product officer at Taplo and Lynn Smith, one incredible sales leader. So, whether it's in a company or outside of a company or if you move on, these mentors and mentees, when you find the right people and you invest in the time, it's so inspiring.
