Be Radically Human in a Crisis Mode
When there's a crisis in business, let's just be clear, business is personal. We spend an ordinate amount of our time doing what we do with deep relationships that we form. And sometimes of crisis leaders lead from the front and they focus on the needs of others. That's what we need to see here. I also like this idea of being radically human, because that feels like in a crisis mode, it's probably, you know, there's, there's a lot that you're trying to cover up."
