Pomadoro technique is a way of organizing your workday in 25 minute chunks with five minute breaks. David allan's book, which was formative to the modern productivity movement, has lots of inciteful ideas that have become obvious now but he never gets credit for them. The other example is like getting things done. You should sort of have one system where you put all that stuff absolutely brilliant in his defence. He nowhere in that book says like, follow this system and you will be able to do every single thing that occurs to you. But thi's what, it's why i picked up that book originally.
