"I think when I was younger, when we first started having employees to manage, in my younger management years, I used to get that sucked in that rabbit hole so hard," he says. "And where I thought I was doing a noble thing, what I was really doing is a selfish thing because I was taking away from the people who actually deserved to have my time."
