Always, always, every time you speak English, use a nice, loud, strong voice. You'll get more attention this way. People will listen to you more, more respect. In business, of course, you have to do this. If you start your own little business or big business, you've got to be different. And there's all these statistics, how many small businesses fail? I think in the United States, it's something like 90%. It's a huge number of small businesses fail in just a few years. They're gone.
