Is the Dollar Going to Survive Above Parity?

The US dollar has put in a short term high all sorts of trend lines have now started to be violated it stopped making higher highs we're in the midst of some mean reversion. On page five I have crude oil and what's your thinking on gold well Patrick it seems to me like the excuse everybody's been using for the weakness in gold has been hey you know it's just because of the strong dollar and gold trades inversely to the dollarWell hang on wait a minute we've had the Dixie down almost four big handles in as many days  I don't see big green candles to match on the gold chart so I'm still a little skeptical whether it is make or break
