I can definilyp that i've used so many terrible aps where i was like, i was trying to do something simple. Even with banking aps, iis wont a check whether i bought something. It's like you go through 20 clicus to try and find some transaction. So i can definitely believe that's useful. Just on the flip of that, are there any things maybe people would often thinka they were important, but actually turned out to be not important for the customers experience yet? Ione of the key things that i've seen is sometimes when applications are being developed, there's not a enough understanding of how the data that's generated from that ap is going
