The Story of the Tarkuyns
Tarkuanius Superbus was deposed as king of Rome in the late 6th century. He tried to regain control with help from other cities, including Vai and Tarkuynia. The Romans elected Brutus and Colatinus first consuls; they set precedent for magistracies.
