Pickleball and parkour are the movements that open up my eyes to a lot of things. I feel like everybody in sports performance or whatever strength conditioning is to spend some time with parkour. Climbing has been the best mobility work for me forever because i'm climbing on a wall and i'm doing mobility work for an hour. It's amazing how much more mobile my hips are now than they were 10 years ago. If it would take me 10 years  to get onto this wall and look at these old videos and learn from them, then i'd be able to do what you're trying to do right now. You don't relieve yourself by thinking oh my hips are sore
