The Consequences of Culture Wars

I think this conversation could be mischaracterized as being dismissive of very legitimate concerns that creators, you know, have over their work. But there's kind of a, there is this concern. I have at least that when these things turn into culture wars, you get all kinds of other incentives at play,. Where the incentive instead is to continue with the most severe interpretation of something. And you run the risk of a kind of like audience capture where you have to stick to the most severe conclusion and alienate an audience.
