Is Lula's Legislative Party in the House of Representatives?
With such a diverse range of political parties, do you feel that Lula can build an effective coalition to pass meaningful legislation? I think Lula is going to have a very hard time. He will not have his big party as he had last time and the opportunistic center because its members would go along with programs as long as they got something out of it. So yes, I think he has his work cut out for him. Now luckily there are enough pragmatic forces in the Congress.
