The documentary social dilemma was very eye opening in how intentional, completely intentional, like they're looking for that exact effect. The dopamine hit on the phone is the same thing. Like you take a break from that thing. And you go, Oh, this thing is running my brain. It's got it's got ownership of my brain. You can't let that happen.
