The Importance of Longer Workshops

The days were just full of workshops and those usually went over the time. You had to run home, change teacher and go out to the meal again. So we were so intense that we missed out on that reflection time. There wasn't that hour you could lay down your entire room and just kind of think,. oh God yeah, that's what it was all about.
