I think you have to look at the car too. Think either she was pulled over by somebody impersonating police officer. The window being half downs weird. The registration being missing is, ye, so very bizarre. Perhaps this was just somebody random who realized it's supereasy to impersonate a cop and take advantage of her sexually or whatever. I mean, this could have been a complete cover up by the honolulu police department in order to protect maybe another officer. Andead sort of, officer burne is a scapegoat, because he kind of fit the mo of what happened.
