I think my biggest mistake with morning routines is not prepping the night before. The 369 method is basically writing one sentence a day, but you write it three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon and nine times at night. And then the last couple of things I do for productivity is clean and tidy up. Usually I'll take the morning shift, Nick will take the closing shift as we call it.
