The Importance of Vision in Creating a Culture
The starting point of culture is what we're trying to achieve and then be really crystal clear then how do we need it to be around here in order to achieve that. i help out with my sons under 14 football team and we essentially did that as a management team and then we fed stuff into the boys that would help create that culture. The more we put up with things that we don't think are right then the quicker we're going to damage the performance, says John Coorman.
