The Importance of Staying on the Mats

I think like doing that and staying on the mats more consistently versus you when you're a little bit younger, going really hard. It's a lot easier to stay on the mats and taper your intensity than getting injured and having to take time off. Another big one is finding something that helps kind of turn your brain off before you go to bed. And I'm telling you guys simple stuff that we talk about all the time. But hell, maybe it gets you to remember sleep.
