The Importance of a Knowledge Graph in Salesforce
In our founding story, the way I started thinking about incoming to the problem of solving elation got me down this sort of rattle. It's funny because I met my co-founder who at the time was Google engineer and then resigned and told him, well, aren't we going to implement this on an ontology and on a graph database? And he's like, yeah, we're not going to do that because we know what the user wants. So a lot of the system doesn't need to be built on a knowledge graph. We don't use a knowledge graph internally to manage the sales pipeline of startog.
