Is This a Low Risk Deal for You?
If you have two to three million dollars in the bank and you need to buy a bunch of storage, this is a low risk deal for you. I would not be surprised in the least if three years from now it's worth two million dollars. So that's one of thereasons why i like to do business up in new york and pennsylvania.
