How Can We Make This Work in Reality?

I wanted to ask about chapter seven which is how can we make this work in reality. You've worked with a number of schools since writing the book it was a number of years ago you've seen schools try to implement it um and I'm sure I've seen some schools do better than others what advice do you have to schools who are at this kind of exciting inflection point where they could make it work? "It's like start start with the barriers and then overcome them"
