Rebalancing Your Portfolio Only Once a Year

For young people, i think re balancing annually is perfectly fine. I still re balance my own portfolio only once a year. There's different parts of the market that i think younger investors are more interested in than some of the more experienced or older investors are interested in. Buy a couple of things that you are not that familiar with. Thet are going to act different,. because that is the definition of diversification. And again, once you're invested in something that you don't know a lot about, you're going to pay attention and you'll learn, because it's your own money at work.
