What Was the Most Impressive Ingredient to You?
i had my heart set on matotakes. I've used them for many, many years as a chef. But i think i kind of overlooked a lot of stuff. The oyster nourished us for four days. And then the second thing that i found that i thought was a wa, was amazing, were the huckleberries. We actually captured crab traps and we caught a little crab in one trap. Everything was just heightened, the experiences were so incredible.
