There's a decent number of people that do fellowship now, but there are certainly general physiatrist that do not and they will cover everything from inpatient rehab to outpatient rehabilitation. And so there's a, there's a good mix of folks and it tends to be that, you know, when you're in a city or a tertiary or sort of quaternary, um, hospital setting,.
