Should We Support Industry Specific Bail Outs?

Airlines are already signalling that they're going to need at least 50 billion dollars in emergency support. How should we think about the idea of providing bail outs to specific industries? It's got two big problems. Some industry gets bale out, some don't, and it looks like favoritism. What you want to do is say, those people are people who get funds.
