In Brazil, protesters can enter an unused building. If you take over an empty congress building like the Brazilians did, well, how in the world are you going to turn that into an insurrection? Whereas if these protesters in America on January 6, suppose they've gotten to the politicians. Suppose they had taken AOC hostage and said, we're going to hurt AOC unless you give us control of the country. And then the military would surrender. What could they do? They're not going to let AOC get hurt. So no insurrection, I guess.
