The Limits of Secret Assassination

The more secret you're trying to keep something, it really does limit the amount of things that you can do. CIA plots with Sidney Gottlieb about trying to kill Fidel Castro by putting poison in his cigar or an exploding cigar seem so off-the-wall but they were necessary if you want plausible deniability. If you don't want to be traced, well, you don't have any other options. You're gonna have to give him a scuba diving suit laced with tuberculosis or whatever they're doing.
