You Two by Negative Land

Negative land were sued for copyright infringement, trade mark infringement and fraud. The band settled out of court and their album was withdrawn. They wished to argue that their appropriation fell under the same fair use rules as other artists who had used works by Andy Warhol or Bob Dylan. But there was literally no way for the group to afford to fight in court.
