Prudential filed a UDRP action against GoDaddy in Arizona, but then withdrew it because the case wasn't decided. A quirk of domain law allows you to file an in-rem action if your only goal is to get something done with the domain name itself. The Eastern District of Virginia would not have allowed Prudential to sue for monetary damages or anything like that.
