The Disadvantages of Remote Work at COVID
The biggest drawback actually was the distance and could I really do it. Although we have a lot of flexibility especially COVID offered even more opportunity for remote work if it could be done our employees are allowed to become remote workers but the five members of the executive leadership team our job is based in Virginia so we're expected to have a presence here. It's worked out I'm here in my office in Virginia today. So you go back and forth a lot like do you do you alternate Seattle versus Alexandria? Yeah I do but you know I'm here one or two weeks a month I do I can do the rest Remotely.
