There are so many variables involved in the process of fasting that it's very hard to cater for. We don't have like, a singular marker that is a correlation with a better agingor less aging. And fasting itself is just so vague. You know, what is it at five? Two? Is at sub 500, is at water, fasting for three days. There are some people that i literally don't eat for a week, and i do it every three months. At the other extreme, there's this sort of 16 a time restricted feeding.
