In general, delegation is good because then that person within their purview has the maximum flexibility and unity of command to do what they need to do. But still, Lee did not delegate overall strategy. In other words, like if it's clear that we're going to fight seven battles in seven different places, those seven generals should be in charge. If we're all together going to do something, I think it's really, I hope the Eos know that they have to decide.
