Is Flimnap a Giant? Or Should We Shoot Him With Poisonous Arrows?

Lilliput is on the brink of war with befuscu. The king and his courtiers want to kill flimnap, a giant who eats too much. They say he could cause a plague that would spread throughout lilliput. But i think they should give him his freedom under certain conditions. He must become our ally in our war against Befuscu's fleet. I had heard enough lillipUT was on the verge of war.
