VT Prophylaxis and Low Risk Patients - Is This a Patient Centered Conversation?

Hospital medicine recommendations say VT prophylaxis should be a patient centered conversation. Miss Becky opted out of doing VT because frankly she's over it at this point. She's now just got put on all of her oral medications and so she's tentatively planned to go home the next day if she's tolerating all of the oral meds. So by a show of hands, who would pick? Yes.
