The Dilemma of American Government

I get the sense that the American government does not work as well as it did when FDR was in power and we were building these kind of federal infrastructures. I would actually probably argue with the exception of Obamacare, healthair.gov, a billion dollars for a website that doesn't work. The challenge right now is not like, how do we send people $2,000 checks? That's something we're actually very good at. It's like, oh, hey, like our energy infrastructure is a disaster right now. Oh, it feels like the society itself is stagnating. We need to set up specific problems which can be solved without being partisan.
