The Subjective Objective Split in the Bible

The Bible says the world is made by a God who has a character and that the world reflects his character. There's an equality between the it was good and the it was so, which I think is really troubling for the modern subjective objective split. So there's no sense in Genesis one that that ontological reflection of God's character is somehow knitted into the fabric of reality.
