Every minute of my day's filled with some kind of meeting. I'm very fortunate to have the opportunity to do what i want in the laboratory and do the kind of research i like. Calory restriction was shown, i don't know, 80 or 90 years ago now, to extend life span an mice and rats. It workd in all kinds of organisms. And at least, looking at metabolic data would suggest that it would work in humans as well. Everybody i talk to these days is doing 16, eight or 12 12 or somethingn ther're companies now that are like el nutra,. which produces diets that mimic fasting.
