Spain was very well known for having a dense network of so called al-Hives. There were natural water storage walls, some of the artificial in dry lands. They don't do that in Spain which is stupid because it's a place where you should do that. All that tradition, all that know-how is now gone. It's amazing that the Germans, after all this discussion, I mean Hauswort was a water director in Germany and when he heard what I had to say,. The German legislation was changed to ensure that any new housing would have a means of storage water. And yet in Spain, where they need a water, they didn't do it.
