The Origin of Joy Is Love
Both joy and sadness are the fruit of our focus. If i focus on my suspicion, my sceptic scepticism, cynicism, i will never trust. We need trust in order to love. I would say a this, those who are suspicious, those people who are cynical, will never find joy because they don't trust. This is so important for us.
