The Power of Meditation

You've got to do exercises that allow you to spend more time in the here and now. Meditation is the most powerful, but it's also very, very difficult. You know you can't tell someone, okay just go meditate. Just go clear your thoughts and think of nothing. If you want to meditate, they really need to get into it slowly or they're going to get frustrated. I think another thing that people should do is ask themselves, is this a dopaminergic moment or is this a here and now moment?
