President clinton says that he's the agent of changewithout asking what kind of change, and whether it's good change or bad change. That simply is in the economic area. You had egonomics, bush enomics and now clintonomics. Higher tax rates, more regulation, more government spending. So far from being an agent of change, clinton's economic problems is bushenomics rit large.
