How to Be a Good Architect

A good architect kind of takes direction and is what I consider developers architect. They're trying to make a cost-effective building that looks nice, but that's not a work of art. And when you're dealing with tight margins, if you're doing condo projects and there's a huge spread, you could have some money to spend on the facade. On our buildings, we basically just do the front facade, maybe 15 sides and the rest was just a stucco box. In your look, you kind of have a look to your buildings. I mean, if you look at your stuff, you could tell you built it. Yes, but I think through the years it's evolved
