The best way to make progress would be a carbin tax or capin trade, he says. The effect sizes are relatively small, in the order of magnitude of two%. But every two % counts and we should use all the tools we have to get nations to agree. If we do all o f those things, then our grandchildren have some chance. And if we don't, they won't.
