Breton's Theology, Not Merely a Symbol
Dollar: What does the cross mean to Breton? Can we begin to understand his philosophy, which is always grasping at what we could maybe consider harmony, unity, synthesis. Dollar: It's not when I say not merely a symbol, it's the center of his faith that Christ died on and rises on the third day. And because he's attempting to be a Christian, its meaning and significance is that it brings his own language, it brings the new God to speech.
