A lot of the new CSS features are so dynamic, especially when you get into CSS variable stuff. I really love that this stuff is coming, but it does feel like that's going to end up being a gotcha in JavaScript very soon. Me personally, I would prefer that all array methods are immutable and do not change the array itself. But at the same time, were seems like we're now just doubling up everything and saying, all right, these ones are immutable and these ones aren't.
