The Sun's Argument in a Public Interest Case

He has to argue that he has some autonomy. That's the kind of buzzword in privacy law these days. He has a right to control his private life and all information about his personal life. The sun would have to set out the public interest in publication. And I think they don't have to prove or show criminality to show there was wrong doing. So, wrong doing on the part of a national figure, which has failed to be brought into check by an enormous corporation paid for by taxpayers' money may well play a huge part in their public interest argument.
