The First Amendment Concerns With a TikTok Ban

There are a lot of potential First Amendment concerns with a TikTok ban. With that in mind, I think that any kind of TikTok ban would almost certainly face a First Amendment challenge. When we're talking about could national security trump that, it's important to point out that there could be less restrictive alternatives.
