JetBlue - Is JetBlue Going to Trial?

The DOJ has filed a complaint against JetBlue, seeking an injunction to stop the carrier from taking out other low cost carriers. The judge could take up to nine months to make a decision on whether or not there is any harm caused by this action. But it's interesting that JetBlue expected this kind of litigation because their end date and purchase agreement isn't until 2024.
